Located 20 yards from the Four O’ Clock run in Breckenridge, these condominiums are a block from the dining and nightlife of Main Street and on the free shuttle route to the Snowflake Chairlift. The condo complex has two spa tubs and offers free underground and surface parking. High speed Internet access is available in every unit.

Recreation
The condos are a 3-block shuttle ride from the Breckenridge resort’s Snowflake chairlift, and are ski-in from the Four O’ Clock run. In summer months many of the ski area’s trails are open to hikers and mountain bikers, and there is an extensive system of trails throughout Summit County. Bike rentals are available at several locations in town. The Breckenridge Recreation Center, one mile north and open year round, has tennis, racquetball, gymnastics, personal training, a climbing wall, fitness equipment, volleyball, and a lap and leisure pool, as well as a skate park, basketball courts, and ball fields open in warm weather. Breckenridge has a local golf course, and there are several courses at the nearby Keystone resort. The recreational activities listed below are available either on site or near the hotel; fees may apply.

| Right at the end of 4 O'Clock run, and within 10 minutes by bus to Peak 8 or Peak 9. These were "deluxe" accomodations. Full Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, Cable TV in the Master and Living Room. Pick up just out front by the Green Line Bus or Freeride Bus. Close enough to walk downtown, and within 5 minutes by car to the grocery store. Our only complaint was that the floors were "thin" allowing anyone entering the apartment above us to sound like a house guest in ours. Despite the "noise" from time to time, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would come again.

| Excellent location, close proximity (two blocks) to shopping district & restaurants. At the start of your ski day, the bus stops it right at the end of the parking lot. End of the day skiing, via 4 O'clock run puts you right at your door, no need to return by via the bus.

| Nice location. Nice view. Full kitchen and washing machine available. Rooms quite clean. Our room basically is a nice two bedroom apartment.

| We enjoyed our stay at Sawmill Creek - our two bedroom condo included one bedroom with a king bed and one bedroom with two full beds. Both bedrooms were roomy and the living area was large for a rental condo. The complex is very quiet and conveniently located to shopping and dining.
