| Clean hotel in very quiet and central location. All major attraction in walking distance. Room was to small to accomodate 3. Breakfast was OK.

| Stayed 6 nights in a single room. Pros: great hotel location (within 15 minutes to Christenborg, Rosenborg or Amalienborg castles, 5 minutes to Kongens Nytorv and Stroget); breakfast included (limited choices but still); large bathroom. Cons: noisy (you will hear all the doors slam, showers flow, and neighbors talk), no air conditioning going as far as I could detect (the weather was ok with windows open but that contributed to the noise); bed with springs that dug into you (I am generally not too picky with that); poor quality soap/shampoo/towels; no iron or ironing board (available at reception); no coffeemaker (coffee available downstairs). By feel this is more of a two-star that a three-star hotel. If you are ok with noise, location cannot be beat.

| The great location of this hotel was not enough to make up for 1)the room, which reminded of a room in an aging cruise ship, musty odor and all; 2) the bathroom, with it's rough, small towels and shower curtain which guaranteed a sopping wet floor; 3) the noisy street, which is an issue in summer due to the lack of AC in the hotel and the need for cool air (we had a garbage truck drive by every morning at 5 am, despite the front desk's assurances it was not an everyday occurrence); and 4) the fact that we had to pay for our internet service at an exorbitant rate. Copenhagen was great and we extended our trip, but we switched hotels!!!

| A short walk (10 minutes) to most of the sights such as the pedestrian street and cafes. About 15-20 minutes walk from Tivoli. Standard European room (small by North America standards), but fine for a short stay. Room was clean, no AC (a little warm when we were there).

| The room was very small. Bath room was also inadequate. For the price paid it is not a good choice. It is not very close to the central tourist area. Breakfast buffet was satisfactory. Desk staff were fiendly.
