| While the staff at the Grand Inn was courteous the hotel left much to be desired. The hotel appears to be in need of some remodeling. The carpets are stained, the lighting is dim, the bathroom, vanity and closet are very small, the rooms are not very sound proof (I was able to hear people entering and exiting the building all night), and the doors are wooden and lack deadbolts. The room was not completely clean and the thermostat on the heater was not working. A hairdryer and coffee machine were in the room and were convenient. The building just seems to have been built a long time ago and needs some remodeling to increase the bathroom and vanity area size as well as replace doors and carpeting.
