| As many travelers experience, we arrived before checking time (off a cruise). Unfortunately, there were no waiting areas at all inside the hotel that were non-smoking -- we were quite uncomfortable! The kind hotel staff were able to get us into our room early, thank goodness. We ate twice in the restaurant, and were quite pleased with both the food and the quality of the service.

| If you want an inexpensive, clean hotel with many dining options, this is a good choice. But don't expect a lot of character (this hotel could be in any American city), and be prepared for long walks, or expensive cab rides, back to Tivoli and the shopping districts.

| It is a good place to stay in. However is a bit far for walking to the city centre and there is a bus stop infront of the hotel.

| Very nice, friendly, courtious staff. The rooms are very clean, and comfortable. Stay above the 10th floor for a great view of the city.

| Hotel was not in the most convenient location for walking into the downtown area. Breakfast was very good but not included in the rate and quite pricey.

| Efficient, polite staff. Rooms are typically sized European business hotel rooms. Clean and well kept. No surprises (other than the restaurant on the 26th floor being closed Sunday and Monday). Touristy stuff about a 1km stroll away. Highly recommend this hotel if you don?t mind a large place that caters to the business crowd.
