| The Silver Cloud Hotel Broadway exceeded all our expectations and we would be happy to stay there again on a return trip to Seattle. We loved the diversity of restaurants and shops in this funky Seattle University Neigborhood. It was nice to have a pool for our 4 year old and the Continental breakfast was also a nice touch. The staff was very helpful and offered good ideas about areas for shopping in Seattle.

| While not located in the downtown area, definitely in a good location (near Catholic Jesuit run Seattle Universtity). The hotel shuttle was most accomodating in drop off and pick up in downtown area and train station. Complimentary continental breakfast was very good.

| while the front desk staff were friendly, the noise level from outside our 6 floor room was horrible. the "room darkening" shades were completely uneffective. the chemical level of the pool caused an immediate and severe reaction in my boyfriend's eyes. also, the standard ammenties, ie; disposable toothbrush, razor, and similar bathroom items should be complimentary or at least readily avavilable. the soda machines were "sold out" on several floors.

| Spending the night in the jacuzzi suite was rather disappointing. Although the room was adequate, the location of the hotel is far from desirable. Out of touch with the Seattle area and difficult to manuevre in and out of, it was exactly convenient. However, all that aside, I was most upset over the quality of service. The front desk staff on every occasion of my interaction, seemed annoyed and not at friendly. It was as if my being there itself, as well as the other guests around me, were an inconvenience. I noticed employees roll their eyes continually at those checking in before me. Sad, for what seemed like a pleasant place to stay turned into a get away, I wanted to get away from.

| This hotel worked well for our two older adolescents and my husband and me. It was spacious and pleasant, and the restaurant was great. The breakfast was spectacular. This is an excellent choice and their shuttle service took us and picked us up promptly and with courtesy. We would definitely revisit this hotel!
