Located in St. Pete Beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, this beachfront condominium-style resort offers easy beach access and is close to restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. All units have balconies and full kitchens. Guests can swim in the resort’s heated outdoor pool or soak in the hot tub, both of which have expansive beach and gulf views. Barbecue grills and shuffleboard are also available on site. Transportation to and from the St. Petersburg Airport is available by appointment (fee applies). Guests can receive one parking spot per unit.

| The stove,toaster,and coffee pot were never cleaned. The floors were dirty.The bedding was torn,and had no fitted sheet.The bathrooms were dirty and the shower was never cleaned. The dust and dirt was very bad under the furniture (Popcorn-dried grapes-potato chips).The window in the bedroom was filthy.The elevator,(we were on the 5th floor)was constantly broken. The only thing good about the room was the towels and face cloths there,were plenty. All the personnel were great. The above comments were relayed to the office personnel (Rebecca) in written form.

| This condo was very nice once we changed our first room which was at the end of the building nearest to the noisy street and parking lot. Also room was dirty and desperate need of updating. Staff was very accommodating in getting us a much nicer room that we found was worth the money spent. The pool is small but quiet while we were there and the spa was always available. Beach was easily accessable and clean. Definitely recommend this condo resort, but not room 208. 204 was superb (second floor).

| This condo is close to shopping(Publix, a grocery store),drug store,restaurants, and a trolley runs the length of the beaches. You sit on your balcony & watch the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico, which is right in front of this resort. Our 1 bedroom condo had a full kitchen, dining area, living room, king-size bed in the master bedroom and 2 full baths plus a stackable washer & dryer. 2 telephones, 2 TV's with VCR, beach chairs, a book case full of paperbacks and about a dozen video movies were provided. Everything we needed except food was there. Two outdoor gas grills, a small pool & spa, & shuffleboard court are on site. The staff is very helpful and friendly and keep the place immaculate. We can't wait to go back to this same resort.

| We have a 3 month old baby, and the place was great for her. It has a nice kitchen and easy access to the pool and beach. I felt the pool was too cold for her though. The condo could have been cleaner. The cleaning ladies didn't discard a bathing suit from the previous guests and left a wash cloth and shampoo from the previous guest in the shower. Other than that it was a good place to stay.

| the room i booked was right next to the street which was very busy and loud. when i approached the office about possibly switching rooms, iwas told that they were not a hotel, and you get what you get.

| This is a nice resort for a quiet stay on the Gulf. The rooms are spacious and well stocked. The closet is full of hangers, beach toys and lounge chairs. It is just like a well stocked vacation home. I would highly recommend this resort.
