| This hotel is in a wonderful spot- across the bridge from the train station (less than 5 min walk) and is a great hotel (safe, relaxing, comfortable, air conditioned). The staff was very pleasant and mentioned that free internet will be provided next week (they provided us a cord and free internet usage in our room). Overall- great hotel for the money! Easy walk to most parts of Venice and also directly across from the Ferrovia water taxi station.

| Wonderful location with friendly staff who went out of their way to speak to you in English and make sure that you were well taken care of. There's a nice little area in front and to the side of the hotel where you can have your morning coffee and evening wine while enjoying the gondolas on the canal. The location was great, away from the large crowds yet close to both the bus and train stations. Nice restaurants nearby, a liquor store and stands for water are within seconds of the hotel. They even provided a complimentary water taxi to Murano. I would definately stay there again.

| I am so happy to report that all the preceding reviews were accurate. The hotel is just perfect. The world's friendliest staff (nothing is too much), a wonderful, clean and comfortable room, ample breakfast, and ideal location. I only wish there were less steps between the train station and the hotel! Do not even look anywhere else.

| We chose the Hotel Antiche Figure based on TripAdvisor reviews and other research. We were looking for a nice hotel near the Venice train station. Wow, did we ever find it! The hotel staff is fabulous, very warm and welcoming. The location is directly across from the train station, so one bridge and you are there. There is a self-service laundry just around the corner (ask the front desk), a grocery store nearby, and the boat and bus stations are next door. Lots of restaurants, including Chinese (try one called Chinatown on a canal not far away), and shopping nearby. And you are still only 15-20 minutes from Rialto and Piazza San Marco by boat or on foot. We had a canal view, which was great, and the room was nicely decorated. You might want to stay on the upper floors (we were one floor up and the noise was not bad but might be less higher up). Overall, an awesome choice for Venice.

| Charming, quaint hotel, well-located across from the train station (this was a huge benefit in avoiding the need to drag luggage over all the bridges in the city). Excellent service. Walking distance to everything, very close to vaporetto and airport bus. Rooms are well-decorated, comfortable, although one of our beds was totally caved in. Noisy at night. Still, really enjoyed my stay in this romantic hotel in this romantic city and would recommend it and stay there again!

| Small delightful hotel with great location on the Grand Canal. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our group enjoyed having refreshments and people watching on the hotel's outdoor sidewalk tables and chairs. We plan to use this hotel when we return to Venice.

| The staff were very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was reasonable(light breakfast only) you have to ask for ice(no ice buckets) be careful about getting to the ship or airport you have to walk over 3 bridges if you have heavy suitcases its difficult. We would recommend this hotel. .

| The hotel is located across the bridge from the train station and about a 5 min. walk to the bus area. Take the blue bus to the airport. The hotel sits right on the canal. Water taxis and vaporetta available right there. You can sit next to the water and enjoy a glass of wine. It is a walk to St. Mark's Square but many shops to browse to and from. Liked the location also because it was less congested than the Square area and much quieter. Hotel and staff were wonderful. Great room size even with an extra bed in it, air conditioning, full breakfast. Would return here.

| We were pleased with the great location of this hotel, directly across from the train station. We were in a room that looked out onto the canal which was very nice. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive to our requests. For the price, we were very satisfied. We got up early and went for a boat ride where we watched all the flowers, food, etc. be brought in by boat. We could have watched this right outside our window. It was very quiet, peaceful and would recommend an early morning before the crowds arrive.
