| This is a somewhat renovated Route 66 motel. It is not in a location appropriate for family stay. We stayed at a different motel during our trip in Flagstaff that was actually cheaper, cleaner, family friendly and provided breakfast. The cliential was not other vacationing families.

| Loud trains. Sign said all new rooms, they are not. A handyman's dream. You get what you pay for here, not a bargain.

| On a busy highway, but convenient to the town. Certainly adequate for one night on your way to some place else, but not a place I would want to spend time. Amenities were sorely lacking and desk not very helpful or welcoming.
