| We stayed for two nights. The room and bathroom were clean. You have fridge and microwave. It is obviously low class, but acceptable for the price you pay. Location is excellent. They have WIFI internet.

| stayed for 2 nights, still in the middle of renovating the hotel but otherwise in good shape, the sheets and bathroom are clean, they offer handicap rooms. just one block down there's a starbucks, bagel shop, walgreens, grocery shop, and walgreens to name a few. There is also a taco shop in that area that i highly recommend. the front desk was friendly and more than welcome to answer any questions about getting around the city. the motel overall is satisfactory. one area they do need to work on is parking, if you plan on driving an SUV, there are few spaces to accommadate, the parking situation needs working on since there are limited spaces to cover all guests.

| Checked into hotel, to only end up using it for internet access to rebook with expedia to another hotel. Stayed less than an hour. The room was disgusting. The shade was taped to the wall, the room smelled musty, the room was undone to the point it didn't even have floor boards. Because of the condition of the hotel and room, I'm amazed it even had internet access. I couldn't leave fast enough.

| My room was clean and the hotel staff was great. However, the room didn't have blinds. Instead someone had duct taped a sheet over the glass. The mouldings had been riped up and not replaced. The room lacked a lamp. The shower head was placed at chest level so that I had to squat to take a shower.

| You can't argue with the location or the price, but don't let the nice little photo fool you, you get what you pay for at the Broadway Manor Inn. Expect quality a couple of notches below what you're thinking. As mentioned, location is a plus as it is reasonable walking distance from both Union Square and the Pier 39 area. Complementary parking is also a serious plus. Just don't stay here if you're looking to spend anything but minimal time in your room. Yikes!
