| The hotel as a whole was beautiful! The room, complimentary breakfasts, the shuttle- everything. The only problem I faced while there was the cleanliness of the pool and whirlpool. The whirlpool was very relaxing but it could do with less sand! The pool needs to be cleaned nightly simply because it is heated and therefore collects more germs and dirt than a normal pool. The room was very comfortable and I enjoyed coming back to it after a long day out to find it cleaned and stocked with clean towels if and sheets if required and soap etc.

| The hotel is clean except that the AC in our room emits sometimes unpleasant smell. I have no idea where that was coming from. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

| Hotel staff very friendly. Continental breakfast was OK--needed more fruit (i.e., bananas). Room was a bit musty when we first arrived. Not enough towels and wash cloths in the bathroom. Very convenient to Norfolk Intl Airport.

| The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a day of driving. Convenient to several dining options. The rooms were clean, a good size and well equipt. The continental breakfast offered a nice selection of food including juice, fruit, cereal and fresh made waffles.

| I didn't get the best directions to the hotel, so I called and asked. The girl on the phone spoke so fast I could hardly keep up, and the directions she gave were wrong. I found it eventually and checked in. Check-in was fast (I was given my choice of floor and room) and the room was clean. The toilet flush was kinda loud and I couldn't adjust the chair height at the desk. Also, the workout equipment needs to be updated; I slipped and fell on the elliptical and the treadmill's incline didn't work. The smell from the pool next to the room leaked in so it didn't smell the greatest. All in all, wasn't enough to make me not want to go back. Free internet and breakfast was a nice touch.

| Check in/check out was quick and easy. The breakfast buffet was well-stocked. The hotel and room were both clean. A brighter light in the bathroom and a normal desk chair at the desk would be better. It's close to the airport. I was in for a quick one day meeting and this hotel served my needs at a reasonable rate. I woud stay here again.
