| For a 3-4 day trip, this was a great place to stay, though you would barely know you were in Puerto Rico if you didnt leave the grounds. The pool was beautiful and the property was very well maintained. Food was good enough for what it was. Drinks were great, and top shelf. We had perfect weather in March and the staff was very helpful and friendly (they even allowed for early check in with no problems). Crowd was also friendly and mixed-singles, couples, families. Would go back again.

| We picked Puerto Rico because we had a short, 3 night vacation, and it was a quick, non-stop flight to Puerto Rico with no immigration or customs delays, saving us a lot of time. The resort is very well maintained and clean and the food is good for an all-inclusive, buffet style. The staff was friendly but always seemed a bit disorganized, confused, and a bit slow -- if you just lower your expectations and relax you'll be fine. We opted for the Royal Services which includes beach-front rooms, a club, and a pool -- it seemewd worth the extra charge. Note kids under 18 aren't allowed at the Royal Service pool, they wouldn't even allow us to show up with our 9month old infant, so we spent time at the big pool instead which was actually fine. The beach doesn't get much attention, there are no waves and a bunch of sea grass to wade through.

| We just got back from Paradise a week ago. I was impressed with the mediterranean//zen architecture as soon as I walked up. Too bad you can't buy the relaxing music they play from the gift store. The hotel was not crowded at all. Didn't know til we got there that our our beautiful, beachfront, bungalow suite included "Royal Service" It was worth it because we had our own pool and bar, (with other Royal Service guests) Royal Service cabanas are reserved for you each day if you ask them to. Most are located between the ocean and pool, giving you a great view of both. Casual breakfast/lunch was only ok, but the view from the terrace is worth it. Dinner atmosphere was awesome in the themed restaurants. Gratuity is not included, but I noticed most people didn't. We left a few dollars each meal. Food in nice restaurants was pretty good. I'm a beach girl, but the ocean/ beach water is filled with algae, can't go in the water to swim. They should clean part of it up. Even still, the view is great, and I was ok with the beautiful pool. The hotel is really not close to anything. We never left the property, too expensive and time consuming to travel. You also have to walk from the bungalows to the main buildings, and you better bring mosquito repellant! Still, if you are looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and quiet place to get away, this is it.

| Overall, it was a nice experience. The facilities were nice, and the service was good. The food was not the greatest. During our stay, not all of the listed restaurants were open (not sure why). My girlfriend and I are not picky, so we enjoyed it. Given the price, we were happy.

| The Paradissus was positively devine! The food was delicious, the service was exemplary, and the grounds were impeccably manicured. I loved every moment of my stay and can't wait to get back! Of all the resorts I have visited in Jamaica, Cancun, Hawaii, Aruba, and the Bahamas, this was by far the most exquisite. The Paridissus is truly a paradise!

| This hotel is lovely to look at. The pool is exceptionally big and varied. Cleaniliness by the end of the day could have been better due to drinkers at the poolside bar. Maid service in rooms was ok but not particularly attentive. The rooms were quite nice although we had a few items that needed fixing but staff was immediately there when we called. Food at breakfast was excellent. Suggest they keep yogurt, whole fruit and peanut butter available at all meals. I found some of the buffet bar items in the back of the buffet difficult to reach as I am short. Otherwise food was pretty good. Bamboo Japanese restaurant was way too loud for anyone into the Japanese aesthetic! Other than that, the hotel is quite nice with beautiful landscaping and comfortable rooms.

| If you want a hotel property that is located on a beautiful stretch of beach, staffed by very helpful personnel, and first class in almost every way, this hotel is for you. Okay, so the food is not so great - what does one expect from an all inclusive resort. Located close to the rain forest, this one is truly a gem.

| Hotel is really nice. Rooms were large and very clean. Staff was super nice. All inclusive plan worked great for drinks and snacks, but i was not too impressed by the meals at night. Pool is incredible. One disappointment was the beach. There really is no beach to go swimming. There is a little bit of sand to lay on. Take a day trip to Culebra for beautiful beaches and great snorkeling.

| First time at all-inclusive. Hotel and rooms were beautiful. The beach is not made for swimming. Pool complex was very nice. All "top shelf" liquor. Food was just okay. Their top restaurant, Romantica, had good, not great food. Other restaurants were fair. Service at the restaurants was good. Considering the price paid it was very nice trip. I would return to this properety.
