What to expect: A dramatic, vaulted tile ceiling soars over the white-columned lobby, where hints of relaxed Scottsdale charm are revealed in steer horns on the wall, a pet parrot in a cage, and the rustic saltillo tile floor. With 20,000 square feet of function space, this four-story hotel attracts its share of conventions and wedding parties, as well as business travelers and families on vacation. | This is a good, solid and nice looking hotel, conveniently located at a reasonable price. We'd gladly stay there again. Even though we didn't really need a suite, we got one and enjoyed the spaciousness. Staff was excellent.

| Clean, well appointed rooms. Exceptionally pleasant staff. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Complimentary managers reception also a hit. Wonderful pool area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I would definitely stay here again, either for business or pleasure.

| My family were not sure where to stay but we ended up choosing Chaparral Suites. I am very happy I did. I really enjoy the place it was clean, family oriented, not to crowded. My kids had a great time in the pool and the rooms were great. I will be staying there whenever I go visit Phoenix. If you have a family this is the place to be. Oh yeah the breakfast was delicious and free in the morning.

| I really didn't know what to expect when we booked this hotel but was very impressed at the quality, cleanliness and overall atmosphere. It was a great location not too far from the mall and old scottsdale area. The breakfast was awesome -anything that you can imagine was on the buffet which was included in our hotel price. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!

| This is the second year in a row that we stayed here. The suites were updated and are very nice, although the bed was a little hard for my taste. The breakfast and Manager's Happy hour was awesome!! We ate at the 4th Floor Grille and the food was good. We also tried the pizza the next night, Very Good!!!

| Check in was super fast (check out, too). Staff was very friendly. Room was great (it was like a mini apartment). Specials on-site were fun and very affordable. Beautiful surroundings (pool, fountain, landscape, etc). Food was teriffic, drinks were great. Have not had this (overall) good of an experience in a long time. Great job!

| The hotel was very nice. The rooms were nice and roomy. The breakfast was Great. And of course the staff were very helpful and friendly. We will be staying here again whenever we need to go to Scottsdale.

| We had an impressive stay at Chapparal Suites Resort. We were given a room with a view of Camelback Mountain that even the locals were impressed with. From breakfast in the morning, cocktails at night, and delicious prime rib at an evening meal at the Sports Grill at Chapparal Suites it was wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was worth getting up for. The two hour complimentary happy hour was very relaxing at the end of the day. The location could not have been more convenient-- shopping, restaurants, and more.
