Air/Launch: Hayman guests usually arrive via daily jet airline services to nearby Hamilton Island, transferring by comfortable boat transportation to Hayman Island. Return transfers from Hamilton Island to Hayman are on the boats Sun Eagle, Sun Goddess, or Sun Paradise. All passengers must be ticketed through to Hayman (Port Symbol Code "HIS") and all baggage correctly labeled will be transferred directly through to the guest's room. Guests with un-ticketed airfares will incur a launch transfer fee. Please note: Airfares quoted to Hayman Island are inclusive of return launch transportation. In this context, the vessel transfer from Hamilton Island is regarded as an air sector, with the vessel designated with a Qantas flight number in the airline system (e.g. QF2056). Guest beverages on the launches are free of charge. Guest registration and distribution of room keys is also done onboard. Guests are escorted to their rooms and luggage delivered directly after arrival at the hotel.
