| The hotel looks a bit used on the inside, if that's the correct word for it. During my two day stay one of the elevators was experiencing difficulties working. The tiles in every elevator were not grouted. The tiles were loose, someone could have picked them up and taken them. In the room: mostly everything was okay. However the water that came out of the sink in the bathroom was brown, not very appealing. The hotel management needs to look at several areas of improvement throughout the hotel.

| in a way it felt a little dirty, perhaps it was the random construction men walking around or the smell of the hallways and room. It was bearable and perhaps it is being fixed, but I have definatley stayed in better.

| A fax that came in was never given to me until I called to see if it had arrived. I am also on Atkins and the room "service" menu included only items from Au Bon Pain, and nothing but a bowl of soup could be found warm for dinner. After traveling all day, I depended upon the hotel to be able to provide an acceptable warm meal. I expected more from a Sheraton!

| The only thing we were a little disappointed was the cleanliness of our room. We walked in and as we looked everything over, we noticed the comforter was wet on the side of the bed. We immediately called the front desk and they did send someone within 20 minutes to change it out. Our commode didn't flush easily. However, we never called on it. We would just hold it down and it would eventually flush. Needless to say, for just 2 nights, we were still pleased.

| Blanket & sheets had cigarettes burns in them. Baby crib was dirty.
