| I spent 4 nights at the Orangers Hotel in July 2006. I booked what the called a "family room". From the picture I was in their website, it looked nice and large enough to accommodate 2 adults and an 8 year old comfortably. When I got there, I was shown 2 different rooms which could barely accommodate 2 people. I had to argue and threaten to cancel before they gave me the room I wanted. I have to say I did not like that experience at all. Once settled in the room I wanted, everthing went well. I have to say that the staff, the food, the atmosphere in the hotel and in Hammamet were fantastic. If I could make one suggestion however, it would to eliminate the ashtrays from the restaurant and forbid smoking during meals.
