| Well located and surprisingly quiet. Very clean. One drawback is walking up to third level to get to hotel. Breakfast is quite extensive.

| If you can't do stairs, this is not the hotel for you -- it is up 3 flights. But it is right in the heart of the tourist area, the staff is extremely friendly & helpful, the rooms are clean, beds comfortable, and they serve a very good buffet breakfast. We could not have been more pleased!

| The room was very clean, the bathroom was all new and the only complaint is that hot water was inconsistent. There was a screen on the window and a mosquite net curtain which kept the bugs out. Breakfast was good, more than the continental breakfast in a very new and clean buffet eating area. We were in the right location. The front desk gals were all helpful and pleasant. Yes I would stay at this hotel again.

| The hotel's location is excellent, but we discovered after arriving that it is on the third floor with no elevator. My wife has a very bad knee and the walks up and down were painful for her. Another problem is poor soundproofing within the hotel. On the positive side, it is clean and new and tasteful.

| Because this hotel is located right in the heart of St. Petersburg, there are many restaurants, shops, bank, etc. located within feet of the hotel and I found this to be quite convenient since I didn't have a car.My room was small but certainly very comfortable and cozy. The room came with a private balcony, however, since I was there in winter and snow abounded, I didn't get much use out of it. I was quite surpirsed to receive the complimentary bottle of champagne they provided us on New Years Eve. The continental breakfast was very plentiful and traditionally Russian; I was running on a full stomach by the time breakfast was over! The staff spoke decent English and assisted me in booking a taxi, theater tickets, etc. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to St. Petersburg.
