| We were very happy with this hotel. It was not fancy, but we were close to the river, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. The food was very good at all of the resturants that we ate at in the hotel..espically the coffee shop.

| Employees were not very friendly, not knowledgeable. Maid service very poor, did not even have bath towels and it took over an hour to get them when I called.

| Our stop in Laughlin came at the end of a long road trip around California, and after all the hotels we stayed in, this was up there with the rest of them but the bonus was the (much)lower price. The hotel is located in the middle of the strip so you are central to other popular locations. Great pool and restaurant selections, nice valet and bell service too.The room was clean, big and comfortable. The only dilemma we had was that they did not mention that only suites had bathtubs, so we had no place to bathe our toddler in our standard room. That was really nothing though, so we can't wait to back and we will just get a suite next time! Great choice!

| First off, I didn't mind that we were staying in an older hotel but, the service we received was disappointing. At the registration desk there were only two employees checking guests in, we waited in line 40 minutes. Come on it's a big hotel you would think they could afford more staff. Then we get to the room and the furniture is dusty, seemed unvaccuumed, and the picture frames had stuff smudged on them, yuk. Then there were only to bath towels in the restroom with four adults to a room. When we called housekeeping they brought more towels, but the following day we still didn't have enough towels. When I called housekeeping for more towels it took them an hour and three calls to get us more towels, and with an attitude mind you. Then on the casino floor cocktail servers took forever to get you a drink and that's because it wasn't busy. Won't stay at this hotel again.

| The Hotel room was very dirty and not well keept at all.We asked for another room after entering and where told ( Deal with it ) at this point my Husband and I were very upset. But we had already paid so we stayed, I had no recourse except to lose the money I had already paid.We have stayed in several other Hotels in Laughlin and they are awsome.I dont recommend this hotel to anyone!
