| The Excelsior was extremely nice- the restaruant in it is excellent, which is nice on the rainy days one doesn't wish to walk into town. It is a bit removed from the train station, but there is a bus that runs about a 3 minute walk from the hotel fairly regularly. Montreux is a lovely town, and utterly gorgeous in the spring when it warms up! We had a great time!

| good location and ample parking space. just lack of aircondition, whick maight be needed during summer.need to install insect screen, so can open the window or balcony door without wory.
