With a lavish use of leather and fabric, they have created a rich, contemporary feeling. The signature feature of the hotel will be it's rooftop - featuring a richly landscaped roof garden and an expansive loft with soaring 20-foot ceilings that will offer breathtaking city views in three directions and will be a stylish new venue for special events. A 45-foot outdoor heated pool with underwater music will anchor the roof's other side. The property will also feature a bar and restaurant managed by China Grill Management, and a 5,100-square-foot full-service spa and exercise facility, as well as a state of the art boardroom,business center and meeting room.
