The resort benefits from good snow coverage and excellent weather. Situated five kilometers from the town of Briançon at an altitude of 1350 meters (rising to 2800 meters), the resort boasts 250 kilometers of slopes, ideal for beginners and advanced skiers alike. During the summer months guests can enjoy activities such as hiking in organized tours. There is a cinema, swimming pool and fitness center close to the residence. The recreational activities listed below are available either on site or near the hotel; fees may apply.

On arrival day, room keys can only be collected after 5 PM. Please notify the residence directly if you will be arriving after the reception is closed.

Television sets are not included in the chalets but can be hired locally for a fee. Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, all apartments should be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, an end of stay cleaning service is provided by the residence which incurs a fee payable locally.
