| This hotel was amazing... It's in downtown Minneapolis and just a couple of blocks from the Metrodome... There are not a lot of resaurants in downtown, but the room service is awesome... If you don't like sea food I wouldn't recommed going to the restaurant... The room is large and comfortable... I would definately go back...

| Nice hotel rooms, but building a bit old and in a funky area. The staff were quite nice and the room updated. Not the worst, but think there may be other alternatives in the city.

| We were very happy with the location and service at the Grand Hotel. There are lower budget options in the area, but the location, service and comfortable rooms make the slightly higher price worthwhile. Nicollet Mall shopping and restaurants are nearby and the Metrodome and Target Center are easily walkable. If you are in town for business or for fun this is a great downtown location!

| Beautiful Hotel, the employee does not know what they are doing. They mess up my billing the whole time that I was there. My trip was paid for months before and they tried to charge me again. Double billing. Also tip are already added in room service. When asked they said it was not and at the end you have tip them twice. Watch your billing very closely.

| If you are into getting a great workout while you travel - this is an excellent hotel. Inside the hotel is a Lifetime Fitness facility that guests have full access to - including a lap pool. The pool doesn't quite look like it does in the photos but it is still nice. The only drawback is that the fitness area is not open late but forget those tiny little rooms with one treadmill and a stationary bike that some hotels claim as a fitness facility. Also the light rail is close by and very convenient to get to the Mall of America or airport.
