| I have stayed at the River Palms several times during this summer season and have been pleased each time. In fact, the stay gets better each time. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Each time I have made a request it is done promptly with a smile. The pool is great especially if you have kids. You can swim and get a fantastic view of the river at the same time. The hotel usually has some kind of fun activity going on too that will get the enitre family involved. I will definitely stay here again and again.

| The hotel is a great example of Laughlin value. The rooms are not well appointed and the decoration is dated, but the price is terrific.

| The hotel needs some updating in their rooms. Also very confusing with the three floors of casino, restaurants, etc and trying to find the escalators.

| The hotel, especially the lobbies, were not clean. In the three-day stay, cigarette ashes and trash can near the elevators was not cleaned or removed. Light fixtures in the hallway were broken. The casino was not bad, but the complimentary coctails were less than satisfactory.

| The hotel is showing it's age and needs some remodeling. All the staff was friendly. Asked for a light to be fixed in my room and it never happened. The bed was way too soft.
