| The staff at the Lodge are extremely dedicated to providing you with a great stay. I liked the Lodge over the Inn any day. The view is impeccable and spectacular, and you can't beat Utah snow! I will definitely be coming back again and again.

| Loved the lodge and the entire "pedestrian village" that they have created....we will stay here again...not sure if we will ski here though...too advanced for most. Trails on the mountain were not clearly marked...hence an intermediate suddenly turns into a black diamond. Alta is only 1.5 miles away and does not have accomodations like Snowbird. Perfect combo... stay at Snowbird, ski at Alta

| The hotel's location is great -- views from our room were spectacular and the room itself was very nice with a balcony, new-looking furnishings and decoration. Other amenities like the outdoor pool and hot tub and always available coffee/tea/cocoa in the lobby were hits with my family. Being able to walk to Snowbird easily (10 min. to ticket window) from the ski locker room was a plus. The biggest negative aspect of The Lodge and Snowbird resort in general was the lack of restaurants during the evening. Once the ski area closed, there were very few places to eat and they seemed to fall into two categories -- cheap but no ambience pizza place or pretty expensive place. One Mexican restaurant had pretty good food and was reasonable. We tried the room service menu and the food was good, but was served in plastic take-out containers with no napkins provided. For the image and price, I expected a higher level of service and more variety. We would go back to ski, but will probably try other places to stay.
