| hotel is convenient to niagara falls, shopping and restaurants. parking is horrible - small narrow lot filled with poorly parked SUVs, had to walk from far side of next building with a lot of luggage, inconvenient. pool and hot tub was packed with kids every night, no room or relaxation for adults. room was very fairly priced during the week, but trippled on the weekend, a very poor value compared to other nearby options. otherwise hotel is clean, decent shape.

| I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The carpet was extremely dirty. The A/C wasn't working well. The knob was broken. I called the maintenance. They came when we were gone to repair it. When we came back, the A/C unit was open (the guy had forgotten to close it) and it scarred us. Very bad for the money we paid

| This hotel has great price and it's not far from the Falls. They accomodated five of us with no problem at all. I would consider this hotel for my next stay.

| I would recommend this hotel if you're just passing through Niagara and want a place to crash. I would not stay here for longer. The room was fairly clean, except the bathroom did not have clean towels. The hallways reek of god knows what, but apart from that, it was OK. The one good thing about staying at this hotel is the outlet shopping mall right across the hotel. So if you spend all your time shopping across the street, and at Niagara falls, and go to the hotel just to sleep, this is a good place for you.

| We had two rooms. Both were clean & well kept. Not much counter space in the bathroom, but the room itself was spacious. Shower pressure was great! Beds were firm, no sagging mattresses here. Playroom was fun for the kids, a little dusty, but fine. The pool was great. We were there every night. Clorine was strong, but to be expected at any hotel pool. Hot tub was hot, but only one jet was working. Very convenient having 2 restaurants, both in the medium-price range, located in the hotel.

| I only went to the Falls to play poker. Didn't spend much time in my room. The room was clean and well kept, but not perfect. The electric socket and lamps between the 2 beds did not work. The bed was like sleeping on a board. And whenever anyone 5 doors on either side of me took a shower, I heard it. Other than that, the people were nice and there was no noise, which is a huge problem in cheaper Niagara Falls motels.
