| While the road closures in Denver can make it hard to get around, the hotel more than made up for the traffic frustrations.

| This was a great value for the price. Other hotels that I have stayed at in the area weren't any nicer and cost twice as much. Swimming for the kids, standard fair for the continental breakfast.... would go back

| The hotel was very nice and close to many places to eat and shopping. We were there for two days and my kids loved the pool. The only negative is that our room was never cleaned durring our stay. We were out of the room for 5 hours durring the day and our room did not get cleaned.

| I don't expect much when I pay an inexpensive rate for a room; however, this experience was ridiculous. The stringy haired girl behind the counter was extremely uncourteous, rude, unprepared, and lazy. In the reservation I had made (a week ahead of time) I requested a king size bed. When I arrived at the hotel at 5:00 pm well after check-in time, my room was still not prepared. This was just the tip of the iceberg. Avoid this hotel unless you have no where else to go.

| The best things about this hotel were the pool and hot tub. Access to the lobby the only entrance was in the rear of the hotel in the ice covered parking lot. We were kept awake until midnight by our upstairs neighbors child jumping and running repeatedly in their room...for 45 minutes. The wall paper was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. The continental breakfast ran out of juice, had a broken toaster, and the selection of food was poor. On a positive note, the staff was courteous and presented a professional appearance and manner. The pool hours were very reasonable and the pool area was very clean. The room was arranged nicely having a nice refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and t.v. The room was large and comfortable. The location of this facility was convenient. But, definitely not a 3 star hotel.

| We wanted a cheap place to stay, and we got it. The room was shabby; the bed springs shocked us from static electricty through the sheets, the carpet smelled of urine, the sink was pulling away from the wall, the coffee bag had a whole in it so it wasn't fresh, there was only shampoo and soap, no lotion for the dryest air in the winter, no pets but dog poo outside all over the ground, ice packed in the walkway for the door, the elevator sounded like it wanted to slip (loud grinding noises.) Next time, I'll pay more for a decent place.

| The hotel was clean and comfortable. Comparable rooms that I have rented usually cost more. This is very affordable! The area is very quiet, so we got a good nights sleep. They even had a large TV in the room. The employees there were real nice. I would go back.
