Amenity highlights: Resort activities include bingo, happy hour, and arts and crafts. I found the westgate to be very accommodating when it came to the children they had extra activities and child care that can be very useful if you needed those services. Conveniently located near everything. Only complaint I had was the housekeeping on daily basis, a vacuum could have been put to the bedroom every other day. Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay and would return next year.

It just didn't feel as welcoming as I had hoped. The way check-in was organized was chaotic at best, and the people weren't as helpful as I thought they would be. I really don't wanna come back, and I would probably use it as a last choice.

I was very happy with the service and the room. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, for 6 people and we were very comfortable. Only hassle was checking in.

Upon arrival (at 10:30 PM), we had to wait in one line to check in and then another one to have someone tell us how to get to our room. This is not optional. A/C did not work well, sink barely drained, and personal towels were taken from our room. The response to getting our towels back was far from satisfactory. On a positive note, the kitchenette was a nice feature.

My one bedroom villa was not what I expected. The room was clean but the look of the room was dated. The video tour is not a good representation of what the room looks like. My villa had no balcony and my view overlooked the parking lot.

The villa we stayed in had 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, the layout was good. We also had a scrrened in porch. There were pools between each 2 buildings, that was nice for access. The rooms were old and relatively shabby, burn marks all over kitchen counters. When calling the front desk for assistance, it was difficult at best, transferred all over the place, etc. They definitely seem to cater to their timeshare people and you become second class.

I was very impressed with the quality of the room. I loved the granite showers and the full sized kitchen which was fully equipped as mentioned. The swimming pools were located throughout the resort. The small areas of playground equipment were perfect for my little ones.

it being a time share resort, it was huge, the desk clerk that showed us to our room, didn't know much, we had a trailer that he said that we had to unhook, where there was actually a place that we could park without unhooking it. The desk clerks were not very friendly. Air conditioner barely worked, electrical outlets in the bedroom did not have any covers on them, overall, the place needs work and would probably not go back until I have heard that it has been renovated!
