| The hotel staff was excellent. The location is very convenient for things at UK. When possible, I stay here when I am in Lexington. On this last visit, there were some physical problems (toilet didn't flush properly, thermostat was not working). These should have been picked off by the staff, but weren't. In fairness, I didn't tell them until I was ready to leave because I didn't want to put up with the staff being in my room. I am still quite satisfied.

| Hidden behind a small shopping center it was an lovely oasis. Had an inside courtyard, friendly helpful staff and spacious suite.

| The hotel is nice. It looks like it is getting a little old, but it is kept well. The location is great - about 5 minutes from down town and it is in walking distance with restaurants and other stores.

| The lobby and common areas look great, but.....the bathroom had serious mildew issues on the tile, grout, caulk and ceiling. Furniture is dated and carpet was frayed DIRTY. My son's feet were black after walking on the carpet for 1 evening. Sheraton appears to be bottom of the barrel for Starwood. Hotel staff gave us a free breakfast to make up for the filth.

| bedside clock and phones were not even plugged in. No washcloths in the room. Bed sagged in the middle. Non smoking room smelled of smoke when opening the door. Parking lot is a disaster. Don't waste your money at this place!!!

| This hotel was minutes away from absolutely everything, and the people were wonderful. Rooms were huge and very comfortable. We'll be back for sure.

| The room was very comfortable! It was nice having a suite with a living area and a bedroom. The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in. I liked having four full pillows and one throw pillow on a king sized bed! I was very satisfied with this hotel and would consider it for my next trip to Lexington, KY.

| Sheraton has done a lot to make their beds really comfortable - lots of pillows, high quality sheets and linens. Unlike many hotels, the bed was really great - it was of the quality that you'd find at a great B&B. We gave this hotel lower marks because of the condition of the bathroom. Perhaps our room was different from others, but nevertheless, the bathroom was oddly lit and although clean, seemed a bit run down.

| My wife and girls loved it. It's a very comfortable place to stay that's close to some excellent shopping and dining.
