| We stayed 5 nights at the Langham in Mong Kok and enjoyed every minute. The location is connected to a huge mall and subway station - so convenient. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean. Our room was large and beautifully decorated with a breathtaking view. The bed was so comfortable and soft. The staff were excellent, all spoke perfect English, all were polite and friendly. They went out of their way to serve us every minute. We wanted for nothing. It was an absolutely perfect experience. I would definitely stay here again.

| The Langham in Mong Kok is really a beautiful hotel-very luxurious. The roof-top pool is lovely at night. Free internet access in the business center is a plus as most other hotels charge a steep per minute fee. Service, in general, was excellent. The hotel staff were attentive but also relaxed and friendly. I really felt pampered. I would definitely return.

| Really nice Hotel & better value than the usual ones in TST. A bit off the beaten track in that it is in Mongkok (not a nice area). However in true Hong Kong style you can stay indoors, walk across the mall & be in the Mongkok MTR station in 10 mins from where you can go anywhwre in HK.

| Very good hotel. The hotel is immaculate. The staff is wonderful and all the amenities are very plush. The location is good... right next to a subway stop and new shopping mall. The gym and spa on the top floor are well above average for hotels that I have stayed in. Also the floor to ceiling windows with good views of Hong Kong are a big plus.

| Langham is a great hotel with a very nice mall next door, acessible via skywalk bridgy. Price was very resonable for a 5 star compared to hotels in Central or Admiralty districts. If you don't have to be downtown and Mongkok is close enough, its a great place to stay and a good value.

| The room was the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in, and although this was my first trip to Asia, I have been in many nice hotels in America and Europe. Everyone at the hotel spoke perfect English, and was polite without exception, even at 4AM. The doormen and women would negotiate cabs, make change from large bills (ATM gave me only HK$1000 notes) and give directions. My electric converter didn't work, so the desk sent me a 1000w converter complimentary. The rate was great and the hotel helped make the whole experience in Hong Kong worthwhile. The restaurant was delicious and open late.

| Clean, new, modern, great service and conveniently located adjacent to the Metro and local mall. Plasma tv, dvd and wireless technology is available in your room. 24hour access to fitness center and laptop computers / web access outside of business center. Beautiful pool and spa facilities. Ideal for the business traveller and a great place to relax and vacation. I suggest purchasing a package that allows lounge access. Great breakfast, afternoon tea and evening horderves. Room is on the smaller side, but plenty of space for two. The amenities more than make up for it. Will definitely go back.
