| Totally dissatisfied with overall condition of room. Musty, smelly, and appeared to be in some disrepair. Maid assisted with a "cracked" coffee pot and used same gloves she had been cleaning toilets with. Needless to say I would not use it then. I would have gone to another place but paid privately with credit card for work and have to wait to getg reimbursed. Disgusted.

| This hotel was simply aweful. It was run down and unclean. My wife and I were so disgusted that we cancelled our stay and went to another hotel.

| All I needed was a simple place to stay for one night. This was the cheapest available in Albany at the time. The front desk staff was friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfy. That's all I was looking for, and I got it.
