This was a great place to stay but at times I almost felt sorry for the people that worked there. Some of the guests were very demanding and complained about everything, while doing so throwing around their "high social status". We did receive 5-star service and the room and the resort were extremely nice. Me and my wife are a younger couple (32 and 26) and the only thing that we didnt like is most everyone here was old. We really liked the indoor pool and hottub at night and would definately go back. The beach here is one of the best in Florida. A few other negatives is that the parking garage was being worked on and it took forever for the valets to get our car but they were very nice and apologetic, and the food selection wasnt very good, they need just a little more variety. We would come here again, but next time we might come with some friends our age so I dont feel like I am in a retirement home.

Everything about the hotel itself was great. It's right on the beach and there are 2 really nice pools to swim and lay out next to. Our bed was really comfortable and the room was very nice. The view is amazing no matter where you stand on the beach side of the resort. Our biggest complaint is that it is a no cash resort which means everything is charged to your room. If you want to pay cash at any of the restaurants, they charge extra. There are a few different types of restaurants on the resort but almost all of them serve the same food whether it's a deli or sports bar. The Falcon's Nest is the most reasonable. Food and drinks are WAY over priced ($16 hamburger, $3.50 can of pop, $8 alcohol beverages in little plastic cups). Coke products everywhere so prepare to go through withdraw if you are a Mt. Dew fan! Everything seems to be room service rates. For this reason, I doubt we will return. We flew into the resort and didn't have a car to go off the resort. It would be a great vacation to drive to the resort for the beach but then drive somewhere else for shopping and dining.
