ok, here is the review. Hotel menage was a days inn that was converted to a hotel and you can see that it isnt your hyatt or crown plaza but it does have its place in anaheim. When i pulled up the hotel wasnt impressive since you can see the hotel rooms from outside. reminds me of cheap hotel. It all changed once you walk in the door. the remodeling is very nice and modern flair. If you request a room on inside part of hotel you will be staring at the pool area which is much nicer then the street. From the room you see the resort pool area which isnt big but did a nice job with the upgrade. The rooms are upgraded with plasma tv and wall ac units which make you again seem like your in a days inn but the room overall was still nice. The great thing about the property is that if you have kids they canrun around and be loud. the pool is open 24 hours for adults which is good and it has a resort feel where hyatt and crown plaza are more hotel feel. that is the main reason i recommend the hotel since its almost like a disney resort but without the price. food is great and breakfast for kids before 11 is free !!!!! overall 7out of 10 but only cause it does remind me of days inn

We turned on the a/c unit and a bunch of black smoke came out....and there was no a/c in the bedroom so the living room was freezing and the bedroom was super hot. I picked this place because I'm a Wyndham timeshare owner and all the resorts have been nice. Kind of surprised Wyndham would put their name on this place. The price was low and it has a full kitchen and that was nice but some sprucing up would help this place out tremendously.

Even though our travel plans pushed us ahead of the normal check-in time by a full three hours, we were very pleasantly surprised to get checked in early, so that we could take a much-needed relief break! Check-in went very smoothly and the staff were quite friendly and very helpful in answering our questions. The hotel's proximity to "Disneyland" was sufficiently distanced from the resort so as to be far enough away from the traffic, noise and associated congestion, yet easily within ten minutes access by wide, multi-laned roadways. Kudos to the Anaheim City Streets and Signals Department. The king-sized room was very spacious, well appointed and CLEAN!! The air-conditioning worked very well during the day, but the base board heater at night was a little weak. If you need the heater, get it started well before you intend to turn in for the night to give the heater time to generate enough heat to warm up the room . The big-screen TV was contemporary and the love-seat in the salon in front of the TV was adequate. Just outside the large sliding glass patio doors was a very roomy balcony with an overhang shade. The kitchenette was much more than we expected; roomy, equipped with modern appliances, essential kitchen implements, clean and very accessible. The bathroom showed a little wear around the tub enclosure and on the toilet seat, but this was natural wearing, but did not affect the overall cleanliness of the facilities. The bed linens were freshly laundered, crisp and clean. The bed was exceedingly comfortable and made for a very restful night's sleep. The closet was very spacious, spacious enough for an entire family's goods. Inside the closet there was a high-boy chest of drawers, an ironing board and a clothes iron. At check-in, we opted to avail ourselves of the breakfast buffet at the "Aztecas Restaurant" there on the premises. For only a $2.50 per person advance payment at check-in, we obtained meal tickets. We were treated to fresh eggs, grilled ham, buttermilk pancakes, fresh fruit and all of the expected trimmings and beverages. The restaurant and their staff were clean, cozy and inviting. The parking lot was clean and positioned close to the hotel and restaurant. The surrounding neighborhood was a combination of light retail and a very contemporary residential neighborhood where we felt comfortable and quite safe. All in all, our stay at the "Pepper Tree Anaheim All-Suites" hotel was a very enjoyable experience and it enhanced our visit at the very nearby "Disneyland" resort. The hotel rates were family-friendly and I would very highly recommend this place to my friends and family and we are sure to return!!
