We were very happy staying here...the unit we stayed in was a one-bedroom suite with a gas fireplace, a jacuzzi, a mini-fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, king size bed with a TV, living room area with a pull-out sofa and a TV. We had some issues with some outlets, but that was it! They were very prompt in servicing when we called about the microwave not working. The setting of this resort is BEAUTIFUL. The buildings are spread throughout the side of the mountain so everyone isn't crammed in to the same area. The pond at Nordic Falls was very nice and we wished it had been frozen so we could have gone ice skating! We didn't get a chance to utilize the pools or game room but all looked very well kept and very nice. The location was close to all the ski areas (even though there was pretty much no snow) and very close to Conway and North Conway shopping. Story Land was also about a 5 minute ride away. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If we could have stayed for more than 2 days, it would have been even better! We definitely recommend this resort!
