My husband and I got to the resort late in the evening for various personal reasons and the surrounding neighborhood area looked very run down. The only thing we could get to eat was take away Pizza. Beware of limited space in the elevators at peak times. However, we enjoyed the rest of our stay in the resort and in Atlantic City.

1. Felt like a number than a valued customer 2. Some aspects could be updated within the room and throughout the resort. 3. Found hairs throughout the bathroom upon arrival in the room. Slight smell of smoke. 4. There is a door which connects rooms. Sound travels through the door as if the room was open. Neighbors were extremely noisey. Why would the hotel put a couple beside another couple with toddlers? 5. The resort is adjacent to slums of Atlantic City. 6. Try a different resort.

My wife has terminal cancer and we have been doing alot of traveling. we stayed a Treasure island in Vegas, mission bay in San Deigo., Jacksonville and Fort Lauderdale and the keys. these were some nice places but the resorts has an aurora about it that is special. Very classy and professional.Tthey all say hi to you. Who ever runs the resorts should be commended. By the way, my wife said this trip was her best. thanks resorts!!

The hotel was fine - we had deliberately picked somewhere relatively cheap to save money. The rooms were very big and clean. Couldn't get the in room internet to work but the really nice lady on reception let me borrow theirs so that I could send an urgent email. If you are looking for a good casino experience then places such as Caesars and the Tropicana are much better resorts. The locationwas okay but at the end of the strip, so be prepared to walk to other places or get a taxi. The restaurant does a great breakfast for a good price and the staff were lovely.

I found Bally's Atlantic City to be a very good resort. Unlike Las Vegas with all of its glitz and glamour, Bally's offers that comfortable upscale atmosphere with affordable room rates. If you are looking for a fancy casino resort, you should probably stay at the Taj Or Caesars. But if you are looking for a great hotel with great service and enjoyable casino, stay at Bally's.

Huge hotel...LOL! We stayed in the West Towers and the rooms were nice but, if you want the resort(North Towers) you need to make sure you know the difference. The only dissappointment was paying the taxes for the resort and not having axcess to the resort. Although we stayed in the same hotel and paid the resort taxes and were denied entrance into some of the services in the other towers. We truly enjoyed our stay and might choose the Tropicana again.

I truly enjoyed this hotel for many reasons, yet the one Major Perk was the price through Hotels dot com. ** I highly recommend upgrading to the Ocean View for it is Fabulous and well worth the few - yes few - extra bucks to do so. Front Desk staff and Management were very welcoming, fun, and professional - coming from a guest that Managed a four star resort at Disney and one who can pick out in-sincere individuals at the drop of a hat. These are Genuine Customer Service Representatives that want to ensure you have the most seemless experience ever........ **just a small note: security can be a bit intimidating with how they patrol the floor, however, they are there to ensure everyone's safety so do not be alarmed.
