From the outside, it looks like a step up from your standard roadside motel, but inside there's little difference. The rooms are dim and bare bones. The heating system in my room barely functioned (I had to send for another blanket). One bright spot is the pool, which has great views of the water. But beware: what you aren't told when you reserve the room is that you will be charged a non-optional $10 "resort fee" to cover the cost of the pool, bottled water, etc. So it's not as good a deal as it looks.
