My daughter and I stayed at Ocean's Edge the weekend of Sept. 22-23, 2007. We stayed in the West Wing portion of the resort which is adjacent to the main, castle-like building where you check in. Our room was 106 which had a king-size bed and was very comfortable and quiet. I recommend it as it is the same building as the indoor pool and hot tub (definitely the nicest of the indoor pools at the resort) and the beach is only about a 5 minute walk. We saw the beach at low tide and it was calm, warm, and sandy - ideal for families w/ young chidren. They have beach chairs and towels for guests. This resort is a combination of condos and hotel rooms. Across the street there is another whole condo complex on the golf course that is part of Ocean's Edge. Across the street is also where we parked our car and took our bikes on the Cape Cod Rail Trail. It was nice to access the bike trail right from the resort, although there is a public parking area for the bike trail off of 6A nearby. I recommend having a car to get around the property and go exploring the Cape. We drove down from NH and spent a good amount of time off of the property. I was very satisfied with the resort and would stay again.
