Over all our stay was very nive there. The only complaint that I have is the customer service there is not very good.When we arrived there they told us that we would get a free 5x7 family photo and to call a certain number.I called and no one would ever answer and I left a message and no one ever got back to us.My husband call the resort to see where there was good prim rib, and they told us to go to Charlie's Steak House and guess what??They did not have prim rib.We also left a message for someone to call us back about a question we had about some shopping in the area and no one called us back.As long as you do not have any question for the staff to help you out, you will be fine with this resort.They do have alot of activiteis around the resort for all ages.If you have time to spend a day at the resort, it would be worth it.We did not have time, and I was bummed about that.
