The resort is in a convenient town. Everything you need for groceries etc. or want for dining out or entertainment is nearby. It is back off the road on a quiet street and only 15 minutes from Disney World and the main freeway. While the resort offers many ammenities, which include washer/dryer, full kitchen, etc. There is no maid service, the towels are counted and they may charge you a maintenance fee for unclogging a toilet, etc. This was very offputting. I was not aware that I would have to wash my own towels or have to empty my trash, as I've never stayed at a "resort" that doesn't offer maid service. I would not have been dissappointed if I had know this going in because otherwise, it's a nice place to stay with everything you need except a vaccum. One other downside was that they don't replace your toilet paper or give you dish soap or laundry detergent. You have to pay for those, yes, even the toilet paper. The condition of the room was just okay. It's lovely with a beautiful kitchen and large screened porch/deck. The carpets were old, flat and stained and the queen bed sunk in the middle so bad it was hard to sleep well some nights. The tv's are also old and small and the restaurant wasn't that great. I probably won't go back there and from now on, I will be checking to see if my "resort" just uses the title or if they actually offer all parts of what I define a resort to have, like free toilet paper refills. . .
