Room registration was slow and confusing. Young employee had trouble finding reservation even with confirmation number, appeared to be a lack of training. Internet service on TV is very poor and difficult to use, no instructions or directions in room. Use of personal laptop costs an additional $5.95 resort fee per day on top of original resort fee. Reno city charges an additional $2.00 for City Capital Project fee. Buffet staff were excellent.

We only had 3 large towels. We needed at least 4 and we were charged a resort fee of $3.99 each day which was ridiculous. We only used the room to shower and sleep, and we will go out every day. Besides there was no resort. Hotels are using the resort fee to extort more money from travellers. Also the coffee shop downstairs is very expensive and it is the worse coffee I ever had - very bitter. The McDonald nearby had better coffee.
