We stayed for just 2 nights and found the location great for us as we wanted to go snorkling and could bike to the beach and rent equipment. It is a ways from downtown Eilat, so a car is necessary if you are going to want to go into the city for meals, shopping and other entertainment. The resort is on a steep hill and the hotel has golf carts to ferry you up and down whenever you call. Breakfast was plentiful and the food was good. Usual Israeli salads, pickled fish, watered down juice, etc. But also made to order omelettes, fruit, sweets. We were a bit disappointed that you could only use the pool between 8-5 when the life guard is on duty (even though he didn't seem to be paying a lot of attention to the pool when he was there). A little store for sundries, free bikes, private beach access, individual suites made this resort different than the big hotels downtown. We would stay there again.
