We found the resort to be well located to transport, shops and beaches. I think the hotel needs a refubish as the room furniture was old and in need of repair or replacement but for the price we were quite happy. Staff were very good.

Although the resort is becoming a little tired now it is in a very handy and central location to shops, cafes, restaurants, Casino, beach and Pacific Fair. The bathrooms are very small.

My kids were so impressed with this hotel - and so was I! Very family orientated, amazing resort style pool, daily visits in the foyer by Sesame Street characters, kids club, unlimited entry to Sea World...and so much more! The rooms are spotless, modern and have great views. The only gripe I had is that you don't get a toaster or microwave in the room, hence the closest restaurant is in the resort, which is convenient but could become very costly if you dined there everyday! My kids have made me promise when we go to the Gold Coast again we MUST stay there!

I recently stayed at the Paradise Centre Resort with my daughter for 3 nights. The rooms were excellent, self-contained with everything you could possibly need. Reception staff were very friendly & attended to all our requirements. The location of this resort is in the centre of Surfers Paradise above the main shopping centre, great location. Fully equipped gym, sauna, spa & beautiful pool area. We had a wonderful mother/daughter get away & I would recommend this "piece of paradise" to anyone wanting a hassle free & relaxed holiday.

My party and I were happy with our accommodation althought there were a few things that we were not happy with within the room. We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit and only the bottom floor had airconditioning and as there was a bit of a balcony between floor and hot air rises the top floor got extreamly hot. The queen size bed in room below was past its useby. My husband and i could not sleep in there as it was like a bananna bed and we rolled to the middle, we ended up putting our daughter in it and we slept in the single beds. Also the lounge in the lounge room was not up to standards. Either side of the lounge was wobbly and looked like it was just about ready to fall apart. I found the accommodation equipment and furniture to be very mixed and matched. The pools and grounds on the other hand were amazing and very clean neat and tidy. We used the games room and was pleased with the quantity of games and the room in general. I would still recommend this resort as maybe the other rooms are of different standards to the one we stayed in. Also the staff were wonderful and very helpful, with our flight cancelled and having to catch another flight we ended up at the resort much earlier than planned and the booking in time, as our room was ready we were allowed to book in earlier and that alone was just fantastic. This hotel is in close proximity to central Surfers, a block away from the beach, 5 minutes to Seaworld and 15 mins to Movieworld. It has a great outdoor and indoor heated pool, kids pool and gym. I was surprised to find a sauna and steam room too. Our room carpet was a bit stained but other than that the condition of the hotel and room was to notch. It's got a resort feel about it as it is quite a large complex with a couple of independent restaurants within. Our room was an apartment suite so we were able to cook, was our clothes and dry them without having to find a laundry or pay for a washing service. A great place for families to stay as well as young couples too as it is close to all entertainment venues in surfers.

Comfy resort style hotel in a great location. We stayed in a one bed apartment which was nice and spacious. Pull out bed had seen better days. Easy walk to beach with pool etc on site. Breakfast was not so great but plenty of options close by. No problem with noise. Would recommend.
