Without a doubt this has been the most fabulous hotel/resort we have ever stayed at. The only thing that exceeds the beauty and warmth of this hotel is their staff. Their attention to detail and the warmth and friendliness that they exude creates a desire for those visiting, never wanting to leave. And this friendliness is across all levels of service; from cleaning staff, to reception, to waiters/waitresses, to the drivers of the Tuk Tuk, to the road crossing guards, to the gardening staff, all the way to middle and senior management. Everyone (including Nee, Tee, Nu Nu and especially Rath) wanted to ensure that we experienced a memorable stay and I can state with all certainty that they met and exceeded their goal. The food is truly gourmet. Although many may want to experience other restaurants in the Hua Hin area, this will not be a necessity as the food prepared by the chef at Putahracsa is 5 star quality at a 2 star price, which is unheard of at this standard of hotel/resort. The amenities are many, which makes site seeing a bit of a challenge as you may find yourself grappling with leaving the resort to see other attractions at the expense of missing out on the beauty of the resort itself. This will be, for us, an experience that we will long relate with fondness to many of our friends and family. Our only regret is that we had to leave.

A good hotel up to the standard I would expect from the Sheraton. The resort has a lot of choice in terms of food and restaurants and the service is good. The pools and grounds are in excellent condition and kept very clean by the staff. A most relaxing place to spend a vacation, I never left the resort and enjoyed every minute.

Our stay at the resort was wonderfull as a family. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach. Room service was great. Food within the hotel was good too and as expected a litttle expensive. But overall a great holiday.

The resort is to the north of Hua Hin and is situated on the sea front with direct access to the beach. There is 24 hour security and an underground car park which keeps the cars cool and safe. The resort is quite remote, about 10km from Hua Hin which gives it a very peaceful and tranquil feel. There is a large communal swimming pool next to the bar and restaurant and a lovely grassed area before direct access to the beach. There is security staff on the beach and a waiter kindly brings refreshments to you while you soak up the sun or dry off after swimming in the warm sea. I booked a villa with a private swimming pool which was very comfortable with the living area on the ground floor and swimming pool and a lounge (bed) area on the first floor. The villa and pool were kept very clean. The staff were very fast and efficient at solving any minor issues; we lost HBO on the TV for a while but who needs TV when you are in paradise. The bedroom was comfortable and a large bathroom, shower and toilet. Flip-flops for outdoors and sandals for indoors are provided at the villa. One very minor point is that the private swimming pool isn’t that private. The neighbours do have a limited view into the pool area so care must be taken when skinny dipping and with the pool lights on in the evening it has a very romantic feel. The resort is perfect for couples and families who like peace and quiet and I would recommend to anyone wanting this kind of break. The downside is that it had to end.

I understand now why this resort is currently rated #1 on Trip Advisor for hotels/resorts in Hua Hin. I admit, I am not an easy person to please but this resort took my breath away. The resort was intimate and beautiful, and the service was wonderful. I hope that the owner maintains this property as it was truly delightful to stay and I anticipate a return trip. Although the resort is 10 min away from the city, I felt it was perfect for those wanting a romantic, secluded getaway.
