This was a very large hotel mostly on two floors but managed to make the service seem personal and friendly and the room service, laundry etc was good and very prompt and there was a good security presence and room safe. The all -inclusive food in the dining room certainly produced great variety but not to a very high standard and its presentation was unattractive and included food recycled from the previous day.Some of the restaurants and bars were not open(low season?) and I would have liked more options within the resort complex...and many more sunlounger chairs to be available: the umbrellas were there but not the chairs! The hair dresser and health spa were small and needed a major overhaul to be up to international standards.(I opted out of the massages I had booked after I saw the place!)Overall I had a very peaceful and well cared for inexpensive week which was what I had looked for.

Nice hotel when comparing many others in Egypt. The grounds are well-kept and the service is instance. I did realize that very few Americans visit Egypt, so many of the hotel works were surprise when my wife or I made request. One negative is the taxi system, which is really out of the hands of the hotel hands. So, to any one considering visiting Hurghada Egypt, you should go for it. We felt safe the entire time at the resort and out shopping for deals in the city. Keep in mind, you may want to ask the hotel what is a reasonable fare amount to pay taxi drivers.
