I travel to Jackson often in the summer and have stayed at many places in town and at the ski village (including 5 stars). Spring Creek, however, is by far my favorite place to stay. It is just a few minutes away from town or the ski resort, located on a hill overlooking a quiet valley filled with ranches and having the best views of the Tetons. The 4-room "hotel" buildings are what I expect of Jackson - warm, rustic and friendly, with wood burning fireplaces for those cool nights. Understand that the resort is not new and it has worn some around the edges, but I found it very clean and the staff very friendly. The restaurant, which is on the expensive side, has good food and the best restaurant view in the area other than Jackson Lake Lodge. The horse back riding is excellent too. I highly recommend this place, particularly if you are looking for something away from the congestion of town and want to experience more of the "outdoor" Jackson than the "resort town" Jackson.

Everything was absolutely wonderful with our stay.We were picked up at the airport by a very friendly van driver who told us all about the town and the resort as he drove us to the resort. We were treated very well by everyone. Rooms were clean, warm, comfortable and very reasonably priced.
