This resort hotel has a brilliant position overlooking Lake Jindabyne, and the rooms (really junior suites) have excellent facilities - full kitchen area, washing machine and dryer, etc. we went in the off season, and the restaurant was not working very effectively -probably short of experienced staff. We ordered the special at dinner (lamb shank with sauce and potato) and a portion of steamed vegetables to share. The lamb came after some time, but no vegetables - not in the system. By the time the veg arrived the lamb was getting cold. There was some confused information about the finishing time for breakfast on the Friday, (the information in the room had not been updated) and we almost missed it. On the Saturday, cooked breakfast was to order. It took a long time to come, and was half cold when it did appear.
