Amazing, friendly and helpful staff and great resort. I was travelling by myself so was concerned about safety, they made me feel so welcome, the manager Roberto organised a trip to see the cliffdivers for me which was excellent and I would highly recommend it. Room was clean and comfortable with a stunning view of the sea from the balcony, great beach and free kayaking each morning at 10.00am was excellent. Lovely pools and restaurants - I had a very relaxing stay. The staff were the friendliest I have seen at a resort, went out of their way to help and offer any advice. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Absolutely beautiful resort, but if you decide to stay here, I would recommend to upgrade to another room besides the "Shared Pool Casita" - the lowest proced room. The reason why primarily is because there is no refridgerator, bath tub, and the floors are made of stone. I would have preferred tile at least. As far as the stone floors I don't know if this the case in a more expensive room. But it costs way too much money to buy your food on the resort ($13USD for a deli sandwich, $15 for room service burger and fries), it adds up if you stay long. A refridgerator would have helped seeing as how most travelers staying at Las Brisas stock up on normal priced food and drink at the Wal-Mart downtown. Our Casita was small, balcony was nice and big though. Service was great, views were unforgettable and drinks were expensive ($14USD for a martini, $8.50 pina colada) The location of the resort is away from downtown where everything is. So you usually pay around $10 or 100 pesos for a taxi to Wal-Mart, or the Flea Market, normaly priced restaurants, bars etc. Las Brisas is not in walking distance to anything really, nor would I recommend walking on that busy, dangerous road. The Las Brisas "La Concha Club" is gorgeous and a wonderful perk of being a guest there. Free shuttle takes you there every 20 min until 5pm. If I were to go back, I would spend some extra money on a room with a fridge to save some money on food and drink. Wonderful resort, but expect to pay.
