We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Gran Melia Resort. Our originally assigned room had an partially obstructed view but when we asked to be moved to another room, they did it without any problem. The service was laid back but helpful. The resort decor was open and had interesting artwork and furniture. The room and view was fabulous. We, in particular, enjoyed the understated elegance and how the resort (built with stone and colors that blended with the environs) was built into the surrounding hills. Would definately go back.
