My 1st time in Mazatlan, and I had a rental car. Not really a resort city, but I think this hotel is probably the nicest and newest of all of them. We did drive to other hotels and check them out, and they were not nearly as nice. Just like any all inclusive you have to lower some of your expectations, but compared to what I saw around the city and other resorts, I would definitely go back here. The staff were very friendly, the food and alcohol were everywhere, and the beach chairs everywhere - definitely a relaxing vacation. The only con is that it is far from the other resorts and main downtown areas, but then again that might be a plus for some people.
