The resory is set in beautiful surroundings and is in an ideal location to access the shops and restaurants of Palm Cove. The beach is very close and has nets for swimming. There is public transport buses at the end of the street that can take you to the city centre. Every thing is in walking distance. The resort does seem to cater toward younger families but it is not over run with kids as it offers several activities to keep children occupied.The restaurant food is of a high standard and always enjoyable and there is a bar/cafe which is open during most of the day. My only critisism of this resort is the staff are a little lacking in the understanding of Hospitality meaning "to be hospitable. There is often an attitude of "can't be bothered" rather than helpfulness which is a great shame. We have stayed here many times but the attitude from the staff doesnt seem to change. Perhaps because we are local they feel they dont need to bother to show the courtesy deserved, but the actual resort is lovely.

Angsana Resort was just what my wife and I were lookinhg for an expecting. It has the best beachfront in Palm Cove and wonderful on-site facilities. All of the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. All of our questions were answered and our needs attended to. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We would definetely recommend this hotel to others and will stay there again if we ever go back to Palm Cove..

The hotel was breathtakingly beautiful. Completely exceeded my expectations. Our room had a fantastic spa bath on the balcony which was used everyday, along with the three different pools that the resort offered. Staff were friendly and not intrusive, which was great as we were looking to get some R&R. My partner and I took lots of pictures (because the hotel was so beautiful) My friends and family thought we had a professional photographer with us! I would highly reccomend this hotel.. however the food is better at the local cafes / stores. We prefered to eat at different places, so this was not an issue. Great coffee at peppers though. Very happy and impressed, looking forward to our next visit!
