This is a resort that is a little out of the way for work stay but Panama City isn't that big so its not that much of a problem I didn't stay long enough to enjoy any of the resort amenities No continental breakfast

The check-in person was very nice and informative. The location was great. View was awesome from the 11th floor. Saw baby Manta Rays swimming right under our window. 2 resort beach chairs and an umbrella included in price of the room. Will definitely stay again.

The resort is in a perfect location to take advantage of the wonderful Seacrest/Rosemary Beach area. Lots of cute shops, bike trails and things to do. A great place for families with children. The resort itself is maintained well with just a few items that could be worked upon, but overall it was exceptionally clean. The pool area is great and the resort offers free DVD's and beach setups during peak months. The beach is wonderful too. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our unit was gulf-front and it was wonderful to hear the ocean when I woke up. I requested a sofa-bed through the web reservation and the wish was granted so the unit was perfect for us. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen stocked with all of the cooking items we needed.

Our stay at the resort was fabulous. The room was clean and had plenty of room. The view was tremendous! The location of the resort was convenient. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants. There was a few situations that could be improved. When I booked the room it said there would be a free gift which there wasn't. It was Thunder Beach that weekend which when I booked the room I had no idea and it wasn't advertised of the event. The free movie rentals was hard to get because the office was closed early on Friday and Saturday and there was only one and two copies of the movies. Besides those couple of small issues, we really enjoyed the stay and would stay again and recommend anyone to stay there. I have already recommended it to a friend. Thanks for the enjoyable stay!

WE loved this resort..our weather wasn't great- so having the indoor pool was a bonus. Our unit 310 was awesome..plenty of room - right in the middle of the resort and just 4 stories up..the owners even had a margarita machine - that we loved! The only changes I would have liked to see were for the heated pool to be warmer and the hot tubs weren't working during our stay. It would have been nice to have the hot tubs open later at night for adults to enjoy after they get the kids settled in for the night. All that being said - we will definately come back again!

Our stay that The Watercrest by Oaseas Resorts was pleasant. The room was very clean & spacious; however, many of the necessities that most condos have, this one did not (eg. limited cookware in kitchen, and no dust pan or mop was available, only a broom). The receptionist was not very friendly, and the fact that we were charged an extra $12.00 for an additional parking pass was absurd, since the room we stayed in accommodated up to 8 people. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
