The resort was fantastic. This resort offers something extroidinary whether you are seeking a relaxing spa getaway with adult only pools, exquisite dining and relaxing spa services or an ultimate all inclusive family fun vacation! The location offers additional convenient access to plenty of other dining, shopping and movie theater just across the street! Our mother daughter retreat was a wonderful experience with so much to do right in the resort. It was the most relaxing vacation because everything was right there. My ten year old daughter loved everything and enjoyed herself so much she sacrificed her annual trip to Disneyland to return with her grandmother a week later. The pools and water park are well maintained and professionally managed by friendly well trained staff and lifeguards. The rooms were wonderful, well maintained with excellent amenities. We had a pool side room which offered a wonderful convenience with a seperate access gate to the Splashtopia water park! The pool, water park and all of the staff were amazing! The lifeguards were professional, the staff was very attentive and helpful. One of our favorite parts of the entire experience was the movie night at the pool which is offered on Thursday and Saturday evenings. They also have a waterslide contest which is fun for the whole family. While we would rate our overall experience a' 9' the only things that kept it form rating a 10 were -the beds were not very comfortable considering the quality of all the other accomodations. -we also had to request clean robes which they not only accomodated but offered a resort credit for the inconvenience. -Room service was expedicious and friendly but they brought the wrong order twice but again comped the meal with sincere apologies.

..actually it's in Rancho Mirage, but you know what I mean. You know what to expect with a Westin and Mission Hills does not disappoint. There's great service, excellent rooms and facilities but at a much better price tahn any other upscale resort hotel in the Palm Springs area. Oh, and the resstaurant's very reasonable too. We've been twice in consecutive years and would recommend it to anyone.

We normally stay at places like the W or Westin when looking for a romantic weekend getaway. We thought we would try the Agua Casino because the rooms looked nice and they were! The downside is the class of people that visit casinos. Whiskey Tango anyone? They offer free parking and the resort charge is included in the price of the room when you book on hotels.com Other options charge you $30-50 extra in taxes/fees. If you want the casino, then I would recommend the Agua. If you don't want to hang out with senior citizens pumping quarters into the slot machines, stay away. Hotel staff was unwilling to provide any special treatment regardless of how much money you spent. Couldn't even get a wine glass sent to the room. 12 hour stay cost us nearly $500 and we didn't even gamble.
